Renewing your membership?
On the new PMI.org, individuals can renew their PMI membership and their component membership via the Marketplace, an e-commerce destination. PMI members that renew online and already belong to a component will be guided through the membership renewal process once they click the checkout button of their shopping cart. During checkout, they will be asked if they wish to renew any of their component memberships, though they will not see the names of the components they already belong to — this prevents a member from paying twice to join the same component.
As they proceed through the checkout process their membership renewal will be complete. They will be able to view their renewal purchase in their order history. PMI continues to refine the renewal process to make it easier and clearer. Please contact customercare@pmi.org if you have any questions.
